Is It allowed That the consultant Get The data Of members (date of birth/ and Last five digits of their MRN) ?????????? using the Application mention above needed a Members Personal data.

And, just to ensure that you are aware ...

As, a Helper; and/or, a Ward/Branch/Stake/District "Temple and Family History, Consultant", you need to obtain the "Details" of a User/Patron, from the person, themselves; and, get their Authority/Consent/Approval, to use their "Details" to become THEIR, Helper; and/or, Ward/Branch/Stake/District "Temple and Family History, Consultant".

To help someone in the Planner, you need to obtain that person's permission and add him or her to your list in Planner.
