Is there a cap on completed ordinances?
I noticed a few months ago that once my completed ordinances hit 3,000, it stopped counting. I get notifications all the time that ordinances I've shared with the temple have been completed and the number of ordinances I've shared goes down, but the number of completed ordinances shown stays at 3,000. Is there a setting somewhere that I need to adjust in order to see how many ordinances have really been completed? I've done a lot of work and would love to be able to know how many ordinances that I've shared have actually been completed. Thank you for any answers anyone can provide. 😀

Yes, there is a cap. Only the most recent 3,000 show. When a new one is completed, the oldest rolls off the list. I assume they programmed it this way to not overload either the servers that generate the list or a browser's ability to display the list.
Also, the list only shows ordinances completed in the last two years.
This help center article https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/i-did-an-ordinance-it-is-not-on-my-completed-ordinances-list discusses these reasons and more for why an ordinance does not show on that list.
This article tells how to print out the list: https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-see-and-print-my-completed-ordinances-list. You could do this periodically to keep a record of all the ordinances that get completed.

What if you forgot to print out this list periodically, is there not a process to go back farther to get a historical list of things you didnt print out more than 2 years ago or more than 3000 ordinances? I have a friend in this situation and would like to print out some things that are now hidden and not accessable.
