Why is Temple statue not available?
Devee Byrd McGrath25 April 1889 – 1 February 1972 • LVX2-CR8 has the message "This person's ordinance status is not available. Please contact FamilySearch Support if you are a relative and need more information."
I suspect that the error stems from my 2018 correction of his gender and 2019 merging of two partial records. Is there a remaining problem?

There is a high likelihood that that is the only problem. Fortunately, the Family Tree program now takes care of such things automatically and if you do that same type of correction and merge today, there would be no problem on the ordinances page.
FamilySearch support seems to be very efficient at correcting this type of problem these days. A moderator should see your post soon and get it forwarded for correction.
