Hi Fanuasa Welcome to family search community and thanks for posting your question here. When a member of the church dies, the ward clerk is supposed to record the death on the membership record. Sometimes this does not happen. When we look at your brother's record, LBTV-T2Z, we see that his death has not been recorded on his membership record. Yes, you recorded a death date but the record you currently see in Family Search is not his membership record. So we need to get some proof of death which can be recorded on his membership record. When that happens, then any ordinances completed while leaving will be displayed. Proof of death can be a death certificate, obituary, funeral program etc. You can either attach a proof of death to his record as a source or memory. Alternatively, we are sending you a private message. You can reply to the message and attach a proof of death to your reply You will see the private message by clicking on the bell icon at the upper right. In any case, reply to the message a let us know what you have done. Once we have a proof of death, we can submit it to be recorded on his membership record. If his wife was a member, then the same thing applies to her. Let us know if you have further questions or comments.
