I am reviewing, names have been skipped on a marriage list. How do I add the skipped names?

without going to the end and adding them

Thank you Ardis

You can add names at any point in the batch. In the tool bar you will see an icon with a plus sign. Click on that and adjust the number to be added and the place you would like to add. If you are adding in the middle of the batch you must be on the record previous to the missing record and then mark the appropriate choice.

sounds more complicated than it is, you will see.

    hope this helps
