I was looking at my extended family and found Margerie Robbins 1588 - 1661.
Her Temple work is blocked because it says her birth place, Icomb is in Worcestershire, as the acceptable address.
Icomb is very definitely in Gloucestershire, which is very easy to check on the internet
So the Worcestershire is the wrong County in the "accepted" address line
(Just as "York" is incorrect in most of the addresses in Yorkshire)

I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
FYI
The "Temple" Work, is NOT being "Blocked", due to the 'Birthplace' of "Icomb, Gloucestershire England".
The "Temple" Work CANNOT be "Reserved"; as, there are Possible "Duplicates".
The matter of the Possible "Duplicates" NEEDS to be resolved; BEFORE, the "Temple" Work can be actioned.
Once you have dealt with those Possible "Duplicates" [ie. either, (1) "Merge"/"Combine"; or, (2) "Not a Match"], then you will be able to action any "Temple" Work - if such is still available (ie. necessary).
Good Luck.
I hope that this helps/assists.
Brett
