In this batch, there are only a few times when a month is listed next to a name. I indexed that name and date. Most of the names show a transfer day with no month or year. Should I be indexing that day? Thanks

For these military batches we are allowed to check the reference images to find the date of the roster.

at the top of your image you will see 2/12, which I believe means page 2 of a 12 page roster. If this is the case you should be able to find the correct date for the roster on your reference image _1.

I can not check reference images will looking at a shared batch so I can not check for you.

I should have proof read that before posting it. That should say while looking at a shared batch.

You can bring up the reference images by clicking on the last icon in the small black tool bar, which can normally be found in the upper left hand corner of the image.
