As an aside ...
I would humbly suggest, that the "Temple" Work, for Hephzibah STILES ( 2SH6-PMM ), is "Completed".
The problem/issue involves, one of the two (x2) "Merges"/"Combines", in relation to her.

(1) on "19 August 2019" with Hephzibah STILES ( MGJ7-XTG ); and,
(2) on "14 June 2021", with Hepsibah STILES ( 99PZ-YMM )
It is the FIRST "Merge"/"Combine" "19 August 2019" with Hephzibah STILES ( MGJ7-XTG ); where, the problem/issue lies.
The reason being, that in the record (ie. "ChangeLog") for Hephzibah STILES ( MGJ7-XTG ), there was a "Change" in "Gender", from 'Male', to 'Female'.

Original "Gender' ( 14 June 2012 ) = Male
Changed "Gender" ( 19 August 2019 ) = Female ... [ Coincidently, the 'Time' if the "Merge"/"Combine" ... ]
Hence, WHY, the matter needs to be investigated by 'FamilySearch', to ensure that the "Temple" Work, for the CORRECT "Gender" is applied (ie. Showing/Displayed).
I know that this certainly does not help/assist (as, you ONLY want to know, the actual 'Status'); but, I hope that this gives you some, insight; and, perspective.

That 'Date', of the "Sealing to Spouse", for her SECOND Spouse / Husband Cyrus GATES ( 2Z3F-98P ), 'seems' ODDLY 'out of place', I would have expected, such to be closer, to the 'Date' for the OTHER "Temple" Work.
Although, I have not done, any "Digging' (pun intended) ...
Can I humbly suggest, that 'Date', of the "Sealing to Spouse", for her SECOND Spouse / Husband Cyrus GATES ( 2Z3F-98P ) NEEDS some further investigation ... it just 'seem' oddly, WRONG; and, 'out of place'.

Agree that the SS to Cyrus Gates 2Z3F-98P showing as being completed in 2009 when other ordinances were much earlier, but that is the date that the database shows.
Could be there was an earlier date - but connected with the original problem that was identified as an incorrect change of gender

If indeed there was an earlier ordinances for SS, but based on incorrect gender, then it is invalid
