We have a patron doing research in Macau. How do we unlock these records, as below, which have been available in the past? Why the change? The Oakland FS Library

I am not connected with FamilySearch

The catalog entry is https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/330513 and for the films I see the message

    • "To view these images do one of the following:Access the site at a family history center.
    • Access the site at a FamilySearch affiliate library".

Do you have the new FamilySearch Portal installed, see the previous discussion  Family History Center Portals FamilySearch Community Forum 15 September 2021.

If you do have the Portal installed, and it is not working properly, the advice I have seen is to

join the Group https://community.familysearch.org/en/group/76-family-history-centers-technical-support-north-america and ask your question there.

I think I understand the issue. We have lost access to the FHC Premium Content Extension. The light has gone grey when it should be green. Anyone know how to reconnect this extension?
