Why doesn't FS have a "Request and Share with Temple" option in addition to the "Request" option?
At the present time I do have over 300 names on my Temple reservation list and I have many people helping me decrease it and I have released a large number of names to be shared with the temple. However, now I can't request and share names with the temple because I do have over 300 names.

If you would like to make a suggestion for this to be considered as an enhancement to FamilySearch you will need to go to the feedback button at the bottom of the page and enter it so it can be considered. There is an article in the Family Search Help Center that discusses how to submit feedback. Click on the link below and it will take you there.
How do I give feedback to FamilySearch?

Thank you for posting in the Community about the request and share with the temple option. You may wish to read the blog article below:

That is an interesting idea. However, the Ordinances Ready software and the temple software can find "green temple" icons both in the shared with temple list and in the Family Tree. There isn't a need to share to the shared temple list anymore. The software can find the ordinances needed within the Tree if the shared temple file was to somehow ever become empty.
You mentioned you have many people helping you with your 300 rows. You could share those names/ordinances directly to the other people's FamilySearch account and let them maintain those until they are done. This will reduce your rows. You can also share more to the shared with temple list to reduce your rows to under 300.
Then once under 300, you can reserve to your "My Reservations" and then in turn share with the Shared with temple list if this is something you desire to continue to do.
