Regarding twins
I am indexing burials and have twin infant boys. Both are recorded in one box, ie #880. Do I record them separately?

Then you need to create two entries, unless the two names are the names of the parents. Sometimes the project instructions say to create a record even it is a duplicate. That is why it is important to share these batch codes.

The best way to get the most accurate answer is to share the batch code. This is the series of letters and numbers in brackets following the project title. [XXXX-XXX]
In depends on the project instructions and whether or not there is any identifying information that would show there are two boys. It they are exactly the same, and not named, probably you only need to create one entry.

Interesting - the moderator's "magic wand" found the answer without a shared batch on November 20th! I'm curious, do all mods have this magic wand, or is it limited to certain individuals?
