Missing Ordinances

My husband did my brothers Initiatory last week at Brigham City Temple. It hasn't been added to family search and we are supposed to do his endowments tomorrow. Can we still do the endowment even though the initiatory isn't showing on family search? Kevin Mitchell Rogers, date of birth 08/03/1977, Ogden, Weber, Utah, United States, G4DK-MW1

Kristen, looks like the database is a bit slow at catching up. There should be no problem with the endowment proceeding tomorrow.

I am Lynn Afton Chandler Norton and am trying to put my brother in law's temple dates in. I just got them from his wife and see that she isn't on here either. How do I go about this?

Hello @LynnNorton1
It sounds like your brother in law's wife is still living? If so, then you won't be able to see her record. For privacy reasons records for living people can only be seen by the person who created the record. When a death date is added, then the record is available to be viewed by everyone.
It also sounds like your brother in law recently passed? If so, it is likely that Church Membership have not been notified of his death. When Church Membership have been notified of a death, the record which shows the ordinances will become available in Family Tree. Your Ward Clerk can notify Church Membership of his death, or otherwise you can send an email to [email protected]
kind regards
