Yes, Elisabetha Catharina was born illegitimately, as shown by the notation "spur[ia]" below her name. Below that it says that she moved to Gärtringen in 1811 with her mother.
The mother was Anna Magdalena Heim, legitimate daughter of the deceased citizen Paulus Heim, citizen and farmer here, Evangelical. The confessed father was Johann Georg Pfänder from Gärtringen, as per certificate dated 29 September 1810, received from the county court
Birth place: Gechingen
birth date 6 Aug 1810 at 2pm, christened here on 8 August at 11 am after the prayer hour, by pastor M. Klinger
godparents: Johann Georg Breitling, shoemaker, unmarried, legitimate unmarried son of Jacob Breitling, citizen and shoemaker here. Elisabetha Catharina, legitimate unmarried daughter of Johann Balthasar Wagner, citizen and shoemaker here.
