To many entries, can not submit batch.

I am indexing batch (M3XL-4JL).The batch calls for 40 names to be indexed, there are only 28 actual entries to be indexed. The system will not allow me to submit the batch.

Once you have entered all the names on an image, you have to delete the unused (preset) entries to get the batch to submit.

Click on the trash can icon (right in the middle of the toolbar), select "all blank entries", click delete. Now you will be able to submit your batch.
