I would guess because of the new Family Groups feature - have a look at this other thread:
Implementation of these new features may have broken the older ones?
I cannot currently APPROVE members to the Family Group - so something appears to be stuck.

I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]
Short Answer: We CANNOT, if those "Ordinances", had been PREVIOUSLY "Shared", with the "Temple" (System).
Please be advised, that we CAN still "Share" the "Ordinances", from OUR "Reservations" List, with:
(1) the "Temple" (System); and/or,
(2) a ("Family") "Group", in which one is a member; and/or, ... [ This is NEW ... ]
(3) an Individual (ie. a User/Patron, who is a Member of the Church)
if, we so desire; but, there is a 'caveat'.
Now ...
That Said ...
Whereas, on the other hand ...
"Ordinances", that were previously "Shared", with the "Temple" (System), CANNOT, be "Shared" again.
Here are some "Knowledge Articles" in 'FamilySearch':
I reserved ordinances that were shared with the temple. Can I share them with a family group?
Where it states, among other things:
Quote
------------------
You cannot share ordinances from the temple with a family group.
Ordinances that were previously shared cannot be shared again.
------------------
And ...
Can I share ordinances with the temple and a family group at the same time?
Where it states, among other things:
Quote
------------------
You cannot share ordinances with the temple and a family group at the same time. An ordinance can be shared either with the temple or with a family group. To change where an ordinance is shared, unshare it first. Then share again where you would like it to go.

I know that this does not help/assist; but, I hope that this gives you some, insight; and, perspective.
