Norwegian Translation Error Needs Correction

When adding an unrelated person, spouse, child or parent, the add box looks like this:

Underneath the text box for Last Name, it has "Enter birth or maiden name."

The Norwegian version is this:

and the phrase has been translated as "Angi fødselsdato eller pikenavnet."

Fødselsdato means birthdate. Please change this to the intended birth name.

Here are three possible corrections:

• Angi fødsels- eller pikenavn.
• Angi fødselsnavn eller pikenavn.
• Angi fødselsnavnet eller pikenavnet.

Please have a Norwegian grammarian advise you on the best one. Personally I think it should be the first.
