Missing ordinances - lds baptism made by my grandma when she was alive
My grandma (Catalina Peleteiro Zaballa, ID KW2Z-ZW8) was baptized in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, when she was about 85 years old, (1981-82) in the 3rd Ward of Porto Alegre, Brazil.
The temple ordinances were made for her after she passed away, but for some reason the record of her baptism is not available in FamilySearch and I can’t find the way to solve this on my own. I went to a Family History center and also asked a ward clerk to help me and he said they don’t have access to records for decease individuals. In both cases they said the only way to solve this would be to ask you to find the record for the ordinance and to ask you to attach that to our tree.
Birth information: August, 7th 1896, Tacuarembó, Uruguay
Death: December 26th, 1999, Montevideo, Uruguay
Please let me know if you can help me to fix this, and if you need any other information in order to do it.
Thank you so much for your great support!

Just to expand a little bit, this happens when the ward clerk in your grandmother's ward at the time of her death never put your grandmother's death information on her membership record. What the FamilySearch team will need to do is get more information from you about your grandmother and documentation of her death and attach it to her membership record which will trigger the creation of a public Family Tree record for her from her membership record that can then be merged with her KW2Z-ZW8 record.
I've found that they are quite good at this and it usually only takes a couple of weeks to complete this for you.

Thanks. I'll find the death registry and attach it here in my next message. What other information do you need?
