Death Notices

I am indexing Death Notices. It asks for the spouses information - but the death notice contains info on current and pre-deceased spouses. I'm assuming I include only the current spouse, but just want some clarification. Is there a way to indicate previous spouses?

The pic is of a death notice of a widow, which is even more unique case I need for clarification

The general rule is to index only the current spouse. The researcher will be able to see from the document that there was another spouse. https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-should-i-index-multiple-spouses-or-parents
