Wants more entries than available

I'm new to this and have just indexed a baptism/birth record which seems to just be one image with 19 entries. But the indexing seems to want 30 entries. If I don't enter anything in the blank ones, the quality control fails!

Any suggestions gratefully received.

I called my mom and what she said worked! Go to the delete icon (garbage can) and it will give you a choice to delete entry or all blank entries. Once I did that, it allowed me to submit the batch. Hopefully that explanation made sense.

The "trashcan" is the magic solution when a batch asks for more entries than you have records for. You just have to click on it, choose delete all empty entries and the batch will submit.
