Missing ordinances

My Name is Gloria Nadauld. My sister is Susan Storer Smith, membership # LJCB-TSN.

She died November 5 2020 in Sun City, Maricopa County Az, USA.

I am trying to do her initiatory and endowment. Her family search records do not record her baptism or confirmation. She was a member, but inactive. I need her baptism and confirmation recorded so I can proceed with proxy initiatory and endowment. What do I do to get this information(baptism and conformation) added so it record's on Family search? Currently her temple card shows she needs all ordinances.
