Beginning Monday, April 10th the temple category will only be viewable to Church members who must be logged into their member account to see it.

What is the status of Helper Resources

I am wanting to use Easy Invitations for my ward since I am the Temple and Family History Leader.
Where are the icons for Record Hints, Temple Hints or Temple Opportunities?
Also, Helper Resources does not show all the available Ward members with Easy Invitations.

Yea...there back, 150 plus easy invitations I use to stimulate FamilySearch inquires. I email these to the individual ward members. As the invitations are intented quote: "They may need your encouragement to sign in to FamilySearch and check for waiting Messages."
The only suggestion, I have is that the icons for Record Hint or Temple Opportunity be displayed. The email I send out would be more directed for the individual.
Thanks for your time.

I am the Ward Temple and Family History Leader. I have been using Easy Invitations to email to Ward members
Lately, I have noticed that the link that I submit to ward members changes color - red.
That indicates to me I have used the link and I can continue my emails to ward members.
Recently, the color for the link has changed back to the original color - blue.
As of today, all the links have changed back to blue.
Does this mean that the ward member has new Temple Opportunity, Record Hint or Discovery Experience?
Or does this mean the ward member has not used the Easy Invitations for their FamilySearch Account?
Thank you for your time.

@Vince Fuller - Hello, my name is Piper. I'm a new moderator here. I'm not very familiar (that's putting it mildly) with FamilySearch yet, but I have a question. Have you recently cleared the cache on your browser?
My theory is that it's possible the links were showing in red because they had been cached. If that's the case, and things are all cleared, that could explain why the links are showing up blue again.

I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
[ And, I am a Member of the Church ... ]
Just in passing ...
Just in case ...
Please be aware ...
That "Easy Invitations", DOES NOT work like it used to, initially; and, is NOW simply a link (or, way), to access the "Campaign" of "Patrons":
FamilySearch experiences for members of the [ "Whatever" Ward/Branch ]
I do not think, that "Campaign" is working like it used to; as, there were other active 'Bells and Whistles' ('Links"), with those "Messages" (ie. "Record Hint"; "Temple Opportunity"; and, "Discovery Experience").
Whereas, nowadays, apart from NO "Temple Opportunity", there is NO active "Link" for ANY of those.
There was an additional associated URL with that "Campaign"; where, "/a" was 'tacked on the end'; but, that NO LONGER works, period.
That "Link', is EXACTLY the SAME, for ALL the members, of one's Ward/Branch, with a 'FamilySearch' Account.
That "Link", is simply the URL: https://www.familysearch.org/notifications/discoveries
Which is the "Link", to the "Notifications" (ie. "Messages", from 'FamilySearch'), under that 'Category', of "Discovery", for ANY User/Patron, of 'FamilySearch' (ie. Member of the Church or not).
As an aside ...
Form my previous experience; as, I do not bother with such, any more; and, I if I recall, that the "Change" in "Colour", 'seemed' to "Reset" itself, every now and then.
So ...
That Said ...
"Clearing", the "Cookies"; and, the "Cache"; plus, even the "Browsing History", of one's "Browser", may address/fix what you are experiencing.
But ...
That Said ...
I am not saying it is not possible; and, it certainly could be ...
But, I highly doubt, that when there is, a NEW "Discovery" 'Message", for individual Users/Patrons, of one's Ward/Branch, that the "Link", would "Change" the "Colour"; as, that 'access', to that "Campaign", is the same, for ALL members, of one's Ward/Branch; and, doing such would severely, impact; and, "Slow Down", the "System".
Just my thoughts.

Is it possible to have the design/programmers answer my question?
It looks like the intent, originally, is not realilty, currently.
What happened?
To me it is a useful tool for ward members as was originally intented and as the page for my ward indicates.
"The following members in your branch or ward have a Temple Opportunity, a Record Hint, or a Discovery Experience waiting for them on FamilySearch.org. Some members do not have an email associated with their FamilySearch account, or have not seen these FamilySearch messages in their personal email inbox. They may need your encouragement to sign in to FamilySearch and check for waiting Messages."

Regrading ...
Your Question: Is it possible to have the design/programmers answer my question?
In this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum ...
Short Answer: In theory, always possible; but, in practice, very rarely.
Your Statement: It looks like the intent, originally, is not realilty, currently.
Short Answer: That is CORRECT.
Please be aware, that FamilySearch experiences for members of the [ "Whatever" Ward/Branch ]; and, Easy Invitations, WAS a "Campaign"; being, "Patrons".
"Campaigns", principally, are to engender "Participation", in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch'.
Your Question: What happened?
That "Campaign"; being, "Patrons", was specifically to engender "Participation", by Members of the Church, in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch'.
Short Answer: That "Campaign"; being, "Patrons", has waned.
That "Campaign", like other "Campaigns", was NOT; specifically, designed/developed, to be a feature/function/facility, of "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch'.
"Campaigns", 'come and go'; and, in some cases are 'resurrected'.
And, in some other case, 'remain'; but, NOT exactly, in the same format; as, they originally commenced.
FamilySearch experiences for members of the [ "Whatever" Ward/Branch ]; and, Easy Invitations, is one of the latter cases.
Unfortunately, that list of may not even list, "ALL" the members, of one's Ward/Branch, with a 'FamilySearch' Account.
I have confirmed such both, in my 'FamilySearch' Account; and, through that of the 'FamilySearch' Accounts, of other members of my Ward ...
Plus ...
'Yes', you are correct, FamilySearch experiences for members of the [ "Whatever" Ward/Branch ]; and, Easy Invitations, is STILL a VERY useful "Tool"; especially, for Ward/Branch, "Temple and Family History, Consultants" (and, Leaders).
Just my thoughts ...

If as you say...That "Campaign", like other "Campaigns", was NOT; specifically, designed/developed, to be a feature/function/facility, of "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch'..."
Then to me, the real question why and how was the "Campaign" engendered?
Surely, the interest and specificity in Temple Opportunities in Helper Resoruces is a precise and divergent enough to enlist ward members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
This whole discussion needs to be re-thought by the developers and programmersdd.
"My two cents"

Just is passing ...
MANY would TOTALLY agree with you, that MANY of the "Campaigns", NEED to be re-though/reconsidered ...
In fact, MANY of the "Campaigns", need to be re-though/reconsidered; even, BEFORE, they are "Released" ...
ORIGINALLY, that "Campaign" for, FamilySearch experiences for members of the [ "Whatever" Ward/Branch ]; and, Easy Invitations, was a wonderful "Tool", for Ward/Branch "Temple and Family History, Consultants" (and, Leaders, such as yourself) - ie. "Record Hint"; "Temple Opportunity"; and, "Discovery Experience".
Over time, that "Campaign" has waned ...
"Record Hints", are still there; so that, you know, that a particular Member of the Ward/Branch, has some.
"Temple Opportunities", are now gone ...
"Discovery Experiences", seem to get getting, LESS; and, Less ...
Just my thoughts.
Brett
ps: I think, that I now understand why, some members, of one's Ward/Branch, may be "Missing" from:
.... FamilySearch experiences for members of the [ "Whatever" Ward/Branch ]
.... Possibly; because, they have their "Settings", in the "Member Tools" Application (formerly, "LDS Tools"),
.... With their ,"Visibility", set; as, "Private - Leadership Only".
.... [ ie. "Correlates" across ... ]

Thanks to whomever suggested that Helper Resources/Easy Invitations be alphabetized by Last name in my Ward.
Helpful to send Easy Invitations out using the Member List in LCR.
Thanks again.

Thanks to the programmers for including, again, Temple Opportunties in the Helper Resources/Easy Invitations.
I am the Temple and Family History Leader for our Ward. I send Easy Invitations via email to ward members.
Thanks again.
