I am indexing marriages. There are only 2 entries in the batch but I need to fill in 10 before I can submit. Do I need to blank out each of these items or is there another easier way to complete the batch?

Hi @virginiabaxter. If you could share the batch code which is located at the top of the page after the project title, I'm sure we could give you a few helpful suggestions.

You need to delete the entries you do not need.

To Delete:

Click on Trashcan on toolbar

When window opens, click on "All Blank Entries:, then click on Delete button.

This will delete the entries you do not need, then you will be able to submit the Batch.
