What has happened to the Help Center articles?
As the article What genealogy websites are available in family history centers? is now saying Well, this is unexpected...
I went to the Help Center to find a current article.
Virtually all the Search results at the top were articles dated 2012-2016. If there were more current articles, the message was Well, this is unexpected... I did not click into the results down the list.
From my point of view this is useless. Why are not the top Search results current articles, and why do the current articles say Well, this is unexpected...
I did find the Wiki article https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Family_History_Center_Portal. It however has a link to the now dead FS Help article I have already mentioned, which needs to be updated.

I have done as you suggested, and Suggested an Idea, and notified the Wiki problem.

@MaureenE123 Looking in the tool we use for creating help content, it shows that "What genealogy websites are available in family history centers?" has been archived at the request of management. Wish I had further information to provide on that, but that's all I can see.
As far as dates that show for articles in Help Center--those are a tad misleading. The date is the date the article was originally created (or ported to the current version of Help Center). Help Center does not show the date of the latest update. You might submit an "Idea" to request that the date of the most recent update display instead. Here is how to find Ideas in this new version of Community:
- At the top, click FamilySearch Help.
- Scroll down the topics and click Suggest an Idea.
And, of course, you are correct that the wiki article needs an update. Whenever you see an error in a wiki article, look on the left panel and find the Give Feedback section. Click Report a Problem and provide the details. I have found that the wiki team is quite prompt to make needed corrections.
