no ordinances showing
I am helping a friend "clean up" her family tree. Currently it is showing no ordinances done for her mother. Her mother did her own temple work prior to her death in 2010. Any ideas on why her work is not showing? And then how to correct the records? Susan

Thank you for using the Community and requesting this help. We would like to help you with this issue but we need more information. Do you have the username and helper number for your friend? You can locate the helper number by going to her name in the top right corner of the page and selecting settings. Then select "permissions". You will see her helper number there.
We will be looking for your response and then we can proceed from there.

I do not have the username and helper number at this time. I am meeting with her on Tuesday night and will get it then.
