Loss of temple ordinances
I have a Diane Carolyn Sims with me whose mother's ordinance records are no longer on family search. She thinks they may have been removed when she herself was excommunicated in 2016. Her mother's identification number on family search is LS15-959. What can be done to restore the ordinance record?

A child’s withdrawal of membership has no effect on the parent’s ordinances
It does affect the child’s ability to view ordinance information for deceased persons in Family Tree
Diane Carolyn Sims will need to contact us directly.
The following information will be needed:
- Contact information of the guest.
- Name, birth date, death date, and death place of the individual for whom the patron wants information.
- Relationship of the patron to that individual.
We will then forward her request to the specialty department for review. She will receive the results by email.
