Family Tree: Deceased persons in private spaces and Read-only IDs seeing unexplained increase

Possibly two unconnected issues, but there have been a number of reports lately of deceased persons appearing in users' private space(s) and of records appearing as "read only" for no apparent reason.

Perhaps engineers might consider investigating any possible cause of the issues - neither of which I can recall being raised until quite recently. The thing both issues have in common is an inability for users to see and/or edit Family Tree IDs, which appear to be unnecessarily gaining restricted access.
