Unable to change the portrait for my great Grandmother because the record is marked as read only.

I tried to pull up your grandmother in family tree, but was unable to do it. The numbers you gave is 9 digits, the Id is a 8 digit number. I tried dropping the last digit e, but it would not find her with the other 8 digits. Please give a valid Id before anyone will be able to help you.
