I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
[ And, I am a Member of the Church ... ]
Short Answer: "Remove", the 'Word' of "Miss", from the "First Names" Field, LEAVE that Field "Blank".
Reason: The Child was "Unnamed".
Once the 'Word', of "Miss", REMOVED, from the "First Names" Field; and, that Field left "Blank" (plus, NOTHING in the "Title" Field); the, the "Temple" Work (ie "SP") WILL / CAN be able to be "Requested".
Please be aware, that when the "Temple" Cards are printed, for such an "Unnamed" Child/Infant, the "System" AUTOMATICALLY includes/adds, Mr. or Miss to the name, on the "Temple" Card, for "Temple" Work purposes.
Here is a "Knowledge Article" in 'FamilySearch":
Temple ordinances for unnamed children
https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/temple-ordinances-for-unnamed-child
And ...
Here is another, that references "Words", that DO NOT actually for part of a Child's/Infant's actual "Name"; and, should NOT be used - "Infant"; and, "Miss" being just tow of those.
What words and abbreviations cause "Needs more information" to appear?
I hope this helps.
Brett
ps: Many User/Patrons DO NOT like to 'see' NOTHING (ie. "Blank") in the "First Names" Field; but, that is what we must do to undertake the "Temple" Work.
pps: 'G'Day', Cuz, I am also "Related" to [Miss] HARTLINE ... ( 27T8-BDQ )

Furthermore ...
As an aside ...
Just because, those "Sources" ('Dated': 1883), attached to, [Miss] HARTLINE ... ( 27T8-BDQ ), record the "Word", of "Infant"; as, a "First Name"; realistically, that "Word", of "Infant", means/implies that of an "Unnamed" Child/Infant - NOT an actual "First Name".
That "Word", of "Infant", should NEVER be used, for the "Given Name(s)", of an "Unnamed" Child/Infant.
Just my thoughts.

Dear Alan,
In looking up your ancestor Infant Hartline's persons page on FamilySearch, we observed that you had the birth date and this person's parents lised as Franklin Hartline and Adolphine Chatelain.
We searched in Ancestry to see if we could find children whose parents were Franklin and Aldolphine.
We found the birth record that you attached as a source to a child of Franklin Hartline and Adolphine Chatelain attached with several other sources to their daughter, Effie Fredonia Hartline. We will private message you the Family tree that we found in Ancestry so you can look it up and see if you think their sources are connected. We felt they were very good sources to verily that Effie is your "Infant" Hartline.
Good luck and thank you for contacting F

FYI
I was already in the process of doing what has been proffered.
After examination of the "Source" relating to the "1900, Census of United States of America", that is associated with the Family of [Miss] HARTLINE ( 27T8-BDQ ); and, in particular the "Details" (and, "Sources") associated with the Daughter that Family; being, Effie Fredonia HARTLINE ( K8VN-5MW ), I am certain, in fact convinced, that [Miss] HARTLINE ( 27T8-BDQ ); and, that of Effie Fredonia HARTLINE ( K8VN-5MW ), are one an the same person.
As, there is NO indication in (and, around), the "Registration" of "Birth", in 1883, at "Franklin Township, Tuscarawas, Ohio, United States of America", that there was a twin (or, multiple) Births, of a OTHER Children, with the 'Family Name'/'Surname" of HARTLINE, with the Parents; being, Father, Franklin; and, Mother, Adolphine.
As such ...
Therefore, I am "Merging"/"Combining", the individuals/person, [Miss] HARTLINE ( 27T8-BDQ ); and, Effie Fredonia HARTLINE ( K8VN-5MW ).
