I got this message for an image on a batch I'm working on. I can tell by the thumbnail that there's information to be indexed and reviewed but it's too tiny to read. I refreshed the page but no luck. I haven't submitted the batch yet nor have I noted that I reviewed each field. I just went on and finished the rest of the batch.

    You could also wait a few minutes and try again. There have been forbidden image error messages, internal server errors, and other messages since Sunday. I'm pretty sure this is on the FamilySearch side and not the users and patience will also solve the problem.

    @BJGW

    I can access the document okay. You may want to do the following maintenance things.

    Clear your cookies : https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-delete-all-of-the-cookies-and-temporary-files-stored-by-my-internet-browser

    Also make sure that your browser is updated to the current version: https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/which-internet-browsers-are-compatible note that: Regardless of the operating system you use, our website works with these fully supported browsers:

    • Apple Safari—the current version and one previous
    • Google Chrome—the current version and one previous
    • Microsoft Edge—the current version and one previous
    • Mozilla Firefox—the current version and one previous

    Normally, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge update themselves with the latest features, bug fixes, and security patches. If your browser is not set to update itself, you can go to the browser's website to update it yourself. Safari is a browser built into the Mac operating system, and it cannot be updated independent of the operating system on a Mac computer. We recommend checking for an operating system update and updating to ensure you have the latest Safari browser version.

    You could also try a different browser.

    I will watch for your response and see if I can help further if the above maintenance items do not work.

    Thank you for helping Index. That helps so many find records about their ancestors.
