Here is a link to an article in the Help Center that will give you instructions for hiding ordinance data in Family Tree. This will allow you to print a Family Group Sheet without ordinances showing.
https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-hide-ordinance-data-in-family-tree
Here are the instructions:
Steps (website)
- Sign in to FamilySearch.org.
- In the top-right portion of the screen, click your name.
- Click Settings.
- Click Account.
- Click to remove the check in the box next to Show Temple Information near the bottom of the screen.
- To turn the feature back on, repeat the process.
Don't forget to go back into settings after printing to put a check mark back into the box. 😊

Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]
Further to the information, that 'CJTobler' has proffered ...
IF, you are referring, to using the "Print" feature/function/facility, from an individual's/person's "Person/Details" page/screen; THEN, I do not believe, that "Changing", the status of Show Temple Information", in one's "Settings", has any effect, with such "Printing".
As, I just tried such ... it did not work ...
But ...
That Said ...
Do not despair ...
There is a 'Work Around' ... all-be-it, a 'little' technical ...
[ And, this holds true, whether or not, you want to "Print", a "Pedigree"; or, a "Family Group Record" ... ]
Please bear with me ...
This works BEST if you are "Opening" the PDF File in a "Browser", rather than "Saving" to a "File".
Because ...
When you "Open" the PDF File in a "Browser", there IS a way, to REMOVE the "Temple" Work; BEFORE, actually printing the PDF Document.
Now ...
That Said ...
When you "Open" the PDF File in a "Browser", the URL, for the PDF File, appears at the TOP of one's page/screen something like this:
==========
Pedigree
https:// www.familysearch.org/service/tree/tree-data/pdf/pedigree-chart/[ ... PID ... ]/spouse/DEFAULT?locale=en&showOrdinances=true
------------------
Where, in the example above, I have substituted the actual 'FamilySearch Person Identifier' (PID) for the particular individual/person, with "[ ... PID ... ]".
Now, in that URL you will 'see' "&showOrdinances=true&" ... in the MIDDLE ...
ALL you need to do, is to change, the word of "true", to the word of "false"; and, then "Refresh" that page/screen ...
Voilà ... there you have it ... the PDF File ... WITHOUT the "Temple" Work ...
Done ... go ahead and print ...
==========
Family Group Sheet
https:// www.familysearch.org/service/tree/tree-data/pdf/family-group/[ ... PID ... ]/spouse/DEFAULT?locale=en&showOrdinances=true&showSourcesPage=false&showContributorPage=false
------------------
Where, in the example above, I have subsituted the actual 'FamilySearch Person Identifier' (PID) for the particular individual/person, with "[ ... PID ... ]".
Now, in that URL you will 'see' "&showOrdinances=true" ... at the END ...
ALL you need to do, is to change, the word of "true", to the word of "false"; and, then "Refresh" that page/screen ...
Voilà ... there you have it ... the PDF File ... WITHOUT the "Temple" Work ...
Done ... go ahead and print ...
==========
As I said ...
A 'Work Around' ... all-be-it, a 'little' technical ...
But, it works ...
[ And, it may take some practice, if you are NOT familiar/confident using computers ... but ... not too difficult ]
I hope this helps, somewhat.

I'm using Chrome 94.0.4606.81.
I turned off Show Temple Ordinances as @CJTobler outlined above, and the ordinances do not show when I print.
What browser are you using?

Brett - thank you SO MUCH. Your solution is easy and works well.

I am using Chrome and the Temple Ordinances still show up when I turn the Show Temple Ordinances off.
I looked at Brett's solution and did the following:
I went to the individual's "Person" page and selected Print>Pedigree.
FamilySearch brought up a new window and I altered the URL in the new window, by changing "true" to "false" and it worked like a charm.
