Batches coming up with Internal Server Error?

I was working on US, Alaska death records. Some of the images were coming up and some were not out of the six. The images were not coming up was coming up with a message: Internal Server Error. The images that came up, I indexed and returned the batch. Plus, I was on 2 different laptops and same massage was coming up. I tried another project for New York, same error message. Can this be checked out? Thank you
