Why ordinances are not shown

I assume ordinances for Moses Pate L261-YS6 have been completed. I am puzzled why it says his ordinance status is not available.

FYI
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]
I am just curious ...
When you "Merged"/"Combined" both the individuals/persons, Moses PATE ( L261-YS6 ); and, Moses PATE ( LYXD-9R1 ) together, on 24 June 2021 (this Year) ...
https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/changelog/L261-YS6/merges
Question: Did you notice, whether or not, the "Temple" Work, was done or partially done for LYXD-9R1?
The reason, that I ask, is that, sometimes "Merges"/"Combines" cause problem/issues with reads to the LATER "Display" of "Temple" Work.
Just in passing ...
I would humbly suggest, "Restoring", the individual/person Moses PATE ( LYXD-9R1 ); and, then, "Re-Merging"/"Re-Combining" the individuals/persons, Moses PATE ( LYXD-9R1 ); and, Moses PATE ( L261-YS6 ); so that, the individual/person Moses PATE ( LYXD-9R1 ), is the "Surviving" record (ie. individual/person), to 'see' is such has a bearing on "Temple" Work.
Because, I noticed that Moses PATE ( L261-YS6 ), was "Created". in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch', from a GEDCOM File "Upload" (ie. the "GEDCOM Data" reference).

Whoa Back ...
Hold your Horses ...

I just noticed something, that may have a significant bearing, on the matter as a whole ...
I just took a 'look' at the "ChangeLog" for Moses PATE ( LYXD-9R1 ) ...
https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/changelog/LYXD-9R1/merges
That put a whole new 'complexion on things' ...
Back on "29 April 2018", Moses PATE ( LYXD-9R1 ) was "Merged"/"Combined" with, Moses PATE ( KFCJ-4CH ).
Moses PATE ( KFCJ-4CH ) was from "New.FamilySearch", the forerunner to "Family Tree"; being, a pre.2012 individual/person.
Now ...
That Said ...
Examination, of the "ChangeLog", for Moses PATE ( KFCJ-4CH ), reveals a "Change" in the "Gender", from that of a "Female", to that of a "Male".
https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/changelog/KFCJ-4CH/sex
That "Change" in the "Gender", MAY certainly have some bearing, on the matter at hand.
Certainly something, that NEEDS further in-depth investigation, by 'FamilySearch'.
Just my thoughts.
