How can I correct a temple ordinance for an ancestor?

My great-grandparents were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple in 1910. They had ten children; three were sealed to them at that time, and seven were born in the covenant. However, on the individual page of one of the children it shows that he is not sealed to his parents. Can you help me correct this? Thank you!

Looked at the ID# and forwarded the case to the next Dept for correction.
