How do I search for a batch that someone else needs help with?

Hello,

Do you mean that you want to find a batch that someone else is working on and they have given you the batch number?

If so you can do it from "My Batches"

• click on the little cog beside the words "My Batches"
• click on "Open shared batch"
• enter the batch number into the space provided and hit open

you will then see the shared batch
