Is there any way to perform an Initiatory out of order?
Frances Susannah Watkins KT3B-DDR shows with only the Initiatory done. I don't know how that is even possible. My thought is that either the baptism and confirmation were done also or the initiatory is in error. Is it possible to have this checked out? I have looked and there is a merge, which doesn't seem to be the problem. I need someone to look at it who has access to things that I don't.

FYI
'Yes', that would be interesting to know ...
I am also "Related" to Frances Susannah WATKINS ( KT3B-DDR ).
I first thought that it may have been through a "Merge"/"Combine".
So ...
That Said ...
I had a 'look' at the "ChangeLog"; and, noticed that you had done, the ONLY "Merge"/"Combine" BACK on "16 February 2019", by you, with the "Duplicate" of her, Frances Susannah WATKINS ( G93L-23H ), that you "Created"; where, that DID NOT 'seem' to be the problem/issue.
I wonder ...
Whether or not, with all the RECENT "Changes" to the "Reservations" for "Temple" Work, if such was obtained through "OrdinancesReady"; where, the User/Patron (ie. Member of the Church), who obtained such, DID NOT "Check", to 'see' if the prerequisite "Ordinances", were ALREADY Done/"Completed"; and, just "Printed" the "Temple" Card from "OrdinancesReady"; and, then, went and performed that "Initiatory".
That would be interesting to know.
But ...
That Said ...
It matters not ...
As, per this (and, Other) "Knowledge Articles" in 'FamilySearch':
Correct order of temple ordinances
https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/correct-order-of-temple-ordinances
It states, among other things:
Quote
------------------
Although vicarious ordinances performed out of sequence are valid, they become effective only after the prerequisite ordinances are completed.
------------------
And, most importantly, that we DO NOT have to REDO those "Ordinances".
As an aside ...
IF, you get an answer, can you post that here, in this post of yours, so that the rest of us might be aware.
[ And, become edified ... ]
'Thank You' in advance.
