Ordinance Status Not Available

The sealing to spouse ordinance status for my aunt Jeanne Yvonne Sanders (KWZG-5H3) and her first husband Gerald Heder Macdonald (KWJK-MHB) is showing as Not Available. I cannot see a reason for this.
