I have a patron who cannot print out his ex-wife's ordinances. They have 3 children in which their 2 son's have given him permission. Familysearch does not identify him as a relative but would that matter is the kids gave permission already?

If the sons have given permission, the patron can go in and request the ordinances. The patron would click "I have permission," and indicate the sons have given permission.

    Hello @Lizanasau

You will want to review with your patron the following policies about requesting ordinances:

"You must obtain permission from a close living relative before performing temple ordinances for someone who was born within the last 110 years.

"A close living relative is an undivorced spouse (the spouse to whom the individual was married when he or she died), an adult child, a parent, or a sibling."

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/what-is-the-110-year-policy-and-why-was-it-initiated

"Please do not request temple ordinances for a nonrelative unless you have obtained advanced permission from a close living relative. A close relative is an undivorced spouse, adult child, parent, or sibling.

"Patrons cannot make requests for a friend or nonrelated person using the 110-year web form. They must contact FamilySearch Support to open a case."

You might want to have your patron see if there is some distant relationship between himself and his ex-wife. If there were some kind of distant cousin relationship, then he could follow the the procedure outlined in the first article, above.

    Best wishes!
