As mentioned above, if you have a document that verifies an ordinance date for Philip Rutherford, there are instructions for sending that to the department that can make the needed change.
To find the instructions, log in to FamilySearch, then click on the '?' in the upper right part of the page. Go to 'Help Center' (at the bottom of the box) and type in 'ordinance date does not match'. The article entitled, "The ordinance date in Family Tree does not match what is in my personal records." will come up. That is the one with the instructions that will explain the process to use.

No - it has been a long time, and I don't remember all the names leading up to Family Search - some were IGI, IIGI, and another had an 'n' in front of it.
