It will help to get you an accurate response for this batch if you can share the batch code. The batch code is visible at the top of the Indexing view -
Project name [batch code]
OR through
Help (menu)> Share Batch.
Once we have that we can take a look and give you better suggestions.
At this point I'm guessing an Obituary Indexing Project?

did you put in the alphabet o instead of the numeric 0?

I tried entering an alphabet in an age field and the system will not accept so that its obviously not the problem. Please share your batch as suggested by genthusiast and we will try to assist.
