    Dear Guest,

Thank you for contacting FamilySearch in Community. When you see the message: "This person's ordinance status is not available. Please contact FamilySearch Support if you are a relative and need more information." it can be for various reasons. In the Help Center in FamilySearch, there is an article that gives possible reasons. https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/in-family-tree-what-does-not-available-mean

We have forwarded your concern to an internal team that will specifically address your needs. They may contact you by phone or email to get more information if it is needed to resolve your specific issue. Your question has been moved and so it will appear as being closed in Community. Please be assured that it has only been moved for resolution.

Thank you so much for contacting FamilySearch
