I have a relative...
...third cousin seven times removed. His ordinance blocks are yellow, with a message that says:
- This person's ordinance status is not available. Please contact FamilySearch Support if you are a relative and need more information.
Of course, there appears to be no user-friendly way to get hold of FamilySearch Support (a link in the above sentence would have been too easy). Anyone have a suggestion on how I contact them?
Yes, the person is somewhat famous, at least in LDS history. But because of his support for the Saints in general and Joseph Smith in particular, I wanted to confirm his work had been done.
Thanks for anyone who can shed light on how to contact FamilySearch Support.

We would love to help you. We need more information please. Who is the relative and PID number? There can be many reasons why the ordinances say unavailable. Please read the article below. The community is monitored 24 hours each and every day to give our guests help when needed. Please respond back for additional help.

@DebDT, would it be possible for you to move this post and all others like it into the Temple category where they belong, so that non-LDS like me never need to even glimpse them?

Hello @Daniel Quillen,
Your question has been moved to the Temple section of the Community. It will show as closed in the Family Tree section but it is still open in the Temple section.
Thanks!

Thank you so much for responding. Alexander William Doniphan 9 July 1808 – 8 August 1887 K2M9-SYZ certainly has an interesting history. We are sending your request to a specialized department. If they need more information, they will contact you.
