Put results in the most relevant order

I'd like a return to having the most relevant results firs.

Example

I am searching for someone with the last name of Richard

In the new search I am getting

Richardson

Reichart

Richards

And lastly Richard


The general EXACT does nothing to improve this situation

    Generally, when you get the kind of results as you are listing here, it means that there are no good matches at all.

    If you repeat the above search, then paste the URL of the first page of results in a follow up post here, everyone will be able to see your exact search. Someone will likely be able to explain why they are in the order they are in. Each part of the search is given a weighting and the total score is used to arrange the order of the results. You used to be able to see that score when you export the search results but I have not done that for a while and don't know if that is still the case.
