What do I do when the person who indexed the obituary left out a name? I wish we could add a name where it belongs, in sequence. With over 100 entries for these batches it's hard to remember who was left out somewhere in the middle, and add them at the end. Any suggestions? Am I missing something? Thanks

There is a solution! In order to put these missed entries chose the option to add an entry after the current entry, being sure you are on the entry just before the one you need to add.

"Adjust the number of entries in the data entry area, if necessary, to index all of the records on the image.

    Steps

To add entries in the data entry area, do the following:

    1. On the indexing toolbar, click the icon for Add Entries.
    2. In the Add Multiple Entries pop-up window, type the number of entries you want to add, and indicate where you want to add them.
    3. Click Add."
