How do I contact the temple
I would like to contact the Pocatello Temple and ask if they have a limit on patrons doing baptisms, if a group from Salt Lake City can make appointments to attend there, and if we need to bring all needed workers. I cannot find any way to contact them. Can you help? Thank you!

The Pocatello Temple is just in the open house stage right now. The dedication is not until November 7, 2021. You will need to wait until November 9th when the temple is open for the first day to contact them about your questions doing proxy work.
Just an FYI they will probably be in phase 3 and that is specifically for patrons in that temple district can only attend that temple. You can contact them later in November to see if they have any other directives about patron groups attending from outside the temple district.

You received great information posted by McConnellCurtisWilliam56. An addition idea to consider is to contact the temple office and ask your questions of the person who answers the phone.
You can find the phone number on churchofjesuschrist.org web site. To find that site, log in to churchofjesuschrist.org, click "serve". You will see a drop down list. Click on "Temples." Next, click on "Find a Temple" followed by clicking on "Temple List." You will see a list of all the Temples. Scroll down and click on Pocatello Idaho Temple. There you will see information regarding how to contact the Temple, including a phone number.

The appointment calendar for the Pocatello temple is already up and many slots are taken. If I don't act quickly, I'm afraid I won't be able to get appointments at all. I have checked every temple in Utah, one in Wyoming, and 3 in Idaho trying to find baptism appointments for our youth. Pocatello was the only one with openings in December (except Monticello, which is 5 hours away). If we cannot go there, I would like to know as soon as possible.

The only other thing I can think of is to try and call and or email the Pocatello Temple.

When you sign in to your Church account and go to the temple appointment scheduler, if you get the option to schedule Pocatello, then you can make an appointment there.
