Ordinance shared with Temple long ago
Hello,
I attached multiple sources for the person now shown as Ernest Howard Gentry, GM28-S44, reserved ordinances and found I had also correctly merged him with Howard Gentry. The problem is, the Endowment was reserved (earlier than my reservation, I assume, under Howard Gentry by someone else) and was shared by that person with the Temple on 7 May 2014. There is no way I can see to reserve the Endowment unlike other ordinances I have requested from the Temple Share system for other persons. I also do not see that a Temple has reserved this ordinance. I have the SP and am waiting to perform it as it expires 18 July 2022.
Ernest Howard Gentry is 5th cousin 1x removed. He was born 23 September 1901 in Georgia.
Please let me know if this ordinance can show a Request option so I might reserve it.

Tamara apparently reserved and shared the ordinance the same day. Ordinances shared with the Temple System show the person who reserved and shared (Tamara) and also have a Request button for others wanting to reserved that ordinance that has been shared with the Temple System to request it and complete in 90 days. That option does not show for this reservation/share.
What you tell me shows is what I see and which has prompted my inquiry. Deleting cookies is something I do almost daily.
This issue needs further address.

I see that you can Request the endowment for Ernest. Yes, Tamara shared his name with the temple in 2014 but there is a request button above Tamara's name. This is a new feature where you can request the work and have 90 days to complete it. https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-request-or-reserve-temple-ordinances
So click on Request above Tamara's name and follow the instructions in the above article. Once you request Ernest endowment and print it you will have 90 day's to complete it. Then you can proceed with the sealing to parent that you have already requested.
If you are not seeing this where the endowment is showing that it can be requested. You may want to try another browser and or make sure that your browser version is current. Please note that the browser needs to be on the current version or the previous version. These two articles may help:
