Good evening, Annette!
I am Russian and could check the image of the scan # 27 of 77 from 22 July 1896 in the collection you mentioned in your email. Unfortunately, this record relates to another person: a man called Israel Goldshtein. Also I looked at the full list of those who were born in 1896 ( scans 43-44) and found only one girl called Mariya with the parents who are not match your request.
I am not sure that the book you found belongs to Roman Catholic Church; maybe, you need to check this, please.
Warm regards,
Larisa Veselova, Russian researcher.

Hi! Have you tried Genetka? They have indexed records for Nowy Korczyn: https://geneteka.genealodzy.pl/index.php?op=gt&lang=&w=13sk&rid=2441
You can use this "How to" guide to learn how to use it: https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/img_auth.php/b/b9/1-_Geneteka_-_Indexed_Records_-_Instruction.pdf
