Pre 1500
Request Two for Permission – Pre-1500 Individuals
I am requesting permission to have the temple work performed for some of my Beville ancestors, their children, and the children’s spouses. (See Attachment 1 attached for a list of individuals.) Robert Beville (G4JN-9ZM) is my 12th great-grandfather. Most of his pre-1500 ancestors are already found in Family Tree but without their temple work completed.
I recently purchased a book called 700 years of the Beville Family by Asselia S. Lichliter (second edition)*. This book documents the Beville family from the 1100s in England to the 1700s in Virginia. I have added documentation for these individuals to Family Tree from this book as well as from FamilySearch sources when they were available. However, the sources provided by the “Beville Family” book make up the bulk of the documentation in support of my Beville ancestors.
I have attached documents to assist in processing this request:
- The pedigree overview consists of two screen shots taken from Family Tree and is called “Pre 1500 Beville Name Submission.” It shows my direct ancestors being requested. The pedigree overview covers five generations, including some parents of spouses, who are also my direct ancestors. Tracking numbers are also included to show the relationship of Attachment 1 (see attached) to the pedigree chart.
- Copies of the selected pages from Asselia S. Lichliter book second edition. The author visited a number of different repositories and collected documents on the Beville family. She had documents translated from Latin when appropriate. I have also included the PIDs and my tracking number for my direct ancestors with each generation listed in the book to help tie these pages to Attachment 1 and pedigree overview.
To accommodate the 10 person request limit for Pre 1500 submissions, Attachment 1 is divided into two different groups, 10 individuals in each group. Each group will be submitted separately. Request Two is for Tracking Numbers 11 to 24. Four individuals (Tracking Numbers 13, 14, 15, and 20) highlighted in yellow in Attachment 1 have had their temple work previously completed.
Please review the attached material and authorize me to perform the necessary ordinances for these 10 individuals.
* The first edition of this book is also available in the Family History Library on microfilm 7953940 (Item 6).
