Deceased Worker
I am working with a Sister in my ward whose husband passed away in June 2021. He has a lot of names reserved in Family Search. We do not know his LDS user name or Password and can not access his account. The Sister would like to share all his reserved ordinances with the Temple but we do not how to access his account.
Any ideas?

Update: there are over 1000 reservations!!!
This will take awhile..... a loong while... to unreserve.... but we will keep at it until it is done!!!

I could do it if I could access his account. Can I do that or can I access as helper to do it?

i know his birth date and his wife said the last five digits of his member record number is 04305 but I am not able to get in as a helper.

You are not able to use the "Helper" for a deceased person. That is as it should be.
Have some others helping, so hopefully we will have it all sorted soon.

Update on the ordinances reserved by Paul Lynn Bradford.
There were over 50,000 reservations made by Paul. It finally got to the point where the ordinances had all been shared with the Temple.
Although the entire 50,000 records have not been checked, and there probably still some that Paul has reserved in his name, I will not continue to chip away at the reservations.
Please if you come across any that are still in his name and not shared with the temple, then post the IDs into Community.
