I'm trying to request permission to do my deceased friend's temple work

I have a friend who passed away and I wish to do his temple work, but because I'm not related to him I can't reserve his temple ordinances. I have his parent's permission to do his work, how do I reserve his temple ordinances?

    Hello @Ethan Jay Houser

We understand that you would like to request the ordinances for a friend. Micah Sparks (deceased friend) G4VM-W21. We will be happy to help you with this. We will need to send this to a specialty team to request those ordinances. We have no Guarantees if you will be granted permission. You will probably receive a message from the team.

    Hope this information is helpful.
