Why am I getting this error message when I try to Merge?

I am trying to merge LCRV-TSM the duplicate is L2CZ-HPH. Both of these record belong to Skjalf Frostedotter. the error message reads These indviuals have a relationship with a read only person, please correct so that I can merge these two id .
